Returns: Bathroom items, non-powered mobility items, and compression stockings are not returnable if used or they are not in their original retail packaging. Ramps must be returned within 48 hours. Other items* can be returned unused and in original retail packaging up to two weeks (14 days) for a full refund. Customer is responsible for returning the item to the store or pay for a pick-up from their home.

We take great pride in fulfilling your order exactly to your specifications and our process starts as soon as an order is placed. For this reason, special orders cannot be changed, cancelled, returned, or refunded at any time, including of the loss of a loved one.

Special ordered items cannot be returned or exchanged. In stock Lift Chairs, Power Scooters and Wheelchairs, & Hospital Beds can be returned within 5 business days in new condition with a 10 percent restocking fee in addition to any pick-up fee. Damaged or worn equipment is not eligible for return
