Our EZ-Access TRANSITIONS® Angled Entry Plates are a portable stand-alone threshold plate with a slip-resistant applied surface for superior traction. These threshold ramps are available in 8, 10 and 12 inch lengths. This single-piece, formed aluminum plate can be used for most walkers, wheelchairs, scooters and power wheelchairs.
