CVI Medical considers the Medline Ultralight Transport Wheelchair the best transport chair on the market.  It has a 300 pound weight capacity and weighs on 15 pounds (with legrest off).  It has a 19 inch wide seat that can still easily accomodate individuals in the 250 pound range.  The Medline transport chair compact design folds up easily for travel and storage.  It has a unique feature of securing the legrests when folded out of the way allowing the legrest to remain on the chair when placing in a vehicle.  It also has convenient carrying handles on the seat for simple portability and  has desklenght armrest allowing for sitting closer to tables and desks.  The chair is made of high-grade aluminum and soft nylon; 8" rear wheels.
